The TV-One 1T-CT-521 Transmitter is a part of 1T-CT-520 DVI-D+Audio CAT.5 Extender, and allows for the transmission of DVI-D signals at WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution and 1080p HDTV resolution at 60Hz along with S/PDIF or analog audio. The 1T-CT-521 Transmitter features EDID capability, and achieves distances up to 325ft (100m) with 1T-CT-524 and 800ft (250m) with 1T-CT-528 receivers. A unique analog/digital hybrid transmission system helps in achieving such long distances with a DVI-D signal at 1080p. Cat 5/5E or Cat 6 cables can be used in normal operation with the length depending on the receiver. The unique TV-One locking power supply connection enhances security.
