Shipping Information
At Vinceron Records, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping policies.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Orders placed before 3PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next business day. We have daily pickups from UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac.
All orders over $65 are shipped in a rigid whiplash-style mailer box to ensure your vinyl records arrive safely and undamaged. For smaller orders, we use padded mailers designed specifically for vinyl record protection.
Estimated delivery times within the USA: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using USPS First Class and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note for international buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Vinceron Records is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@vinceron.com or text us at 253-666-2382.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of the official product release date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order has shipped. Please note that pre-order release dates may occasionally be pushed back by the manufacturer or label, which is outside of our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact us immediately at orders@vinceron.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
