At Vinceron Records, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. Below you will find our complete returns and refunds policy.
60-Day Return Policy
We offer a generous 60-day return window on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked on all unopened items returned in the same condition they were received.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened and sealed items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Items returned in opened or worse condition may be subject to a market-appropriate restocking fee. All defective items will be exchanged or returned for a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us by email at orders@vinceron.com or by phone/text at 253-666-2382. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at orders@vinceron.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@vinceron.com.
